Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation of appointments and refunds for services provided by ClassiHeal. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone or email.

There wont be any refunds for cancellation of appointments and for cases of "no shows" after taking appointment

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided only in the following circumstances, purely at the disccretion of ClassiHeal:

  • If the appointment was cancelled by ClassiHeal
  • Unforseen circumstances like natural calamities that may hinder patients ability to show up for consultation

Refunds will be considered only upon explicit requests via email or phone call from the patient within 24 hours after the date of appointment

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow upto 10 days for the refund to be processed.
